At Casey Casey, we value the unique craftsmanship of our garments and offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the garments in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your parcel using a tracked and insured courier service to our Parisian atelier at the address provided in your confirmation email.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received, our team will inspect the garment's condition and process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
